Tony Phillips is a freelance journalist who lives between Manhattan and Fort Lauderdale. After completing a prestigious Goldring Fellowship at Syracuse's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2009, he returned to the city to publish his controversial “Jersey Shore” cover story in The Village Voice. He recently wrote several features for Out Magazine including a profile of French art house crossover Francois Sagat shot by photographer Terry Richardson. Tony is currently finishing his second book.
